Education Academy Officer
Nila is the Education Academy Officer for the Ογ½ΆΙη Education Academy. She started working at Ογ½ΆΙη in 1993 and has had a number of roles across the institution. She has extensive experience of working in a learning and development service within Higher Education, and has led on the organisation for the provision of learning and development opportunities in the form of workshops, seminars, courses, showcases and conferences, online and in person.
She currently leads on the operational aspects such as the finances, administrative processes and resources in the Ογ½ΆΙη Education Academy whilst providing support and guidance to the Head and Deputy Head of the Academy. She also provides key support for the delivery of Postgraduate Certificate in Empowering Education, the Ογ½ΆΙη Professional Recognition Scheme, Ογ½ΆΙη Education Academy Fellowship Scheme and the Academic Enhancement Projects.
Nila is responsible for the provision of an effective and efficient administrative support function in the Ογ½ΆΙη Education Academy and supports the strategic delivery of the Empowering University Strategy and the Learning for Life Implementation Plan.
